<p>On February 10, 2016, I received an email from a woman named Marla, who introduced herself as an “editor” for a guide and a “reporter” for a magazine. She mentions that she is in the process of writing a guide to the best clairvoyants, mediums, astrologers and tarot readers in France, to be published 3 weeks later. She clearly says she wants to interview me and asks me to provide her with 2 photographs and to answer the questions on a form.
A brief exchange of emails followed, ending in a refusal on my part to appear in this book. I also write clearly - black and white - that I do not authorize them to include my name in this book. Having taken care to inform myself beforehand about the modus operandi linked to the approach to the classification procedure and having judged all of this to be unserious and lacking in credibility…</p>
<p>I then wrote a few paragraphs on my website (<a href="http://www.davidmocq.com">www.davidmocq.com</a>) evoking this experience. This text extended an article that had already existed for a long time and whose subject related to guides and the best practitioners of clairvoyance. This addition seemed timely to me. Neither more nor less. I had no animosity. The objective, as always in my writings on the Internet since 1997, was to inform, to carry out in-depth reflection and not intended to harm anyone.
What was my first surprise to immediately discover the publication of a defamatory article - seriously implicating me - in a self-published ‘magazine’ of their own creation.</p>
<p>What was my second surprise to discover the “mysterious” appearance of several negative opinions concerning me on the Internet. These opinions included extracts from the article in the pseudo-journal and links to it were mentioned in order to allow full reading and thus cause me harm… A “dedicated” page was created especially “for my case” and apparently, particular care seemed to have been applied in order to put my name “David Mocq” everywhere (that was actually the title of the page!)</p>
<p>At the beginning of last June, I mandated a lawyer (Ms. Murielle Cahen) to put an end to this trouble, by summoning a person named Alice to moderate the irresponsible comments published on her blog.
I approached the INAD and although I am not a member, the National Institute of Divinatory Arts came to my defense, as it has done, since its creation, for thousands of consumers and professionals who use its services, or its legal department. Following his amicable intervention (copy in my possession), curiously and against all expectations, the institute and its president were also attacked by the mysterious association, claiming to benefit from the recognition of the state of New York (sic)</p>
<p>There is no need to specify that these filthy invectives, the discrimination, the defamation, this incitement to hatred, addressed by this “mysterious organization” in New York to 113 practitioners amounted to total irresponsibility. These were serious, dishonest and scandalous accusations using a process similar to that of which I myself was the victim.
The National Institute of Divinatory Arts (INAD) is recognized by hundreds of thousands of consumer clients and by the vast majority of the profession, its notoriety is public. INAD is known for its impartiality, integrity, fairness and sense of defense of clients who are victims of various frauds.clairvoyance and divinatory arts. INAD also “defends” and “preserves” the interests of the professionals who use its services. The uprightness and impartiality of INAD being notorious, it seemed natural to me to seek its help at the beginning of June.</p>
<p>The fact that INAD took my defense - unconditionally - PROVES IN FACT the nobility of its actions.
My initial article highlighted a certain problem. The National Institute of Divinatory Arts and its president followed and defended me. Apart from INAD, I haven’t found anyone in the clairvoyance community to support me! The important thing in this matter is not my own person, because I give way to the cause that I have always defended. The important thing is to defend – precisely – a cause. For my part, it is about explaining what clairvoyance really is (the real one), what is reasonably possible to expect from a clairvoyance consultation. This, of course, while tending not to betray my words in practice, by performing the best services and this as often as possible.
As for INAD, the cause defended is clearly supported in its statutes. The commitment of the National Institute of Divinatory Arts is total. His reaction to the situation described in this article confirms - in fact - his absence of financial motivation towards the serious practitioners he defends, especially if they are members. Its attitude also confirms its positioning as an essential and credible player in the defense of “consumers”.</p>
<p>What is the state of certain clairvoyance sites on the internet to date? All serious and disinterested practitioners in the facade stars have deleted all references to this pseudo guide. Some people desperately cling to their pseudo gratifications. They thus deliberately mislead customers. Some whose bad faith is no longer to be proven go so far as to say that they are waiting for an official investigation (From whom? I wonder!)… In any case, there are not thirty-six solutions: either there is a degradation of the I.Q., or it is a deliberate desire to cling to a price, to a bogus ranking to better deceive customers. No one can claim today that Mrs. Y or Mr. Z is the best clairvoyant in France and NAVARRE.</p>
<p>I thank the INAD for allowing me to publish this update because, by defending myself in the interest of the profession, this association and its president have suffered, unjustly, malice and a whole avalanche of filthy remarks… The article that I published on my website tends to highlight the absurdity of the approach of such a guide, and why I refused to have my name appear… The results of the investigations of the INAD and the journalist Buffy Brinogene: <a href="http://inad.info/blog/presse-ecrite/603-maximilien-de-l-esbrouffe-et-les">http://inad.info/blog/presse-ecrite/603-maximilien-de-l-esbrouffe-et-les</a>, have reinforced my position.</p>
<p>What is the state of affairs regarding the attitude of “those people” in New York to date? They persist in contempt of morality, of all ethical sense, of the laws and rules governing the rights of the French press. How can we describe people who do not respect institutions, press rights, morals and ethics? These people don’t know me, don’t know the INAD, but, apparently, embittered individuals, feeling bad about themselves, serve as their accomplices. In all cases, it is obvious that they are discrediting themselves while demonstrating a total absence of professional conscience. Their goal: petty revenge, because they can no longer fool customers, thanks to INAD. <br />
Not acting, not reacting is the freedom and moral responsibility of each person. Practitioners are now fully aware of the situation, NO ONE can say they didn’t know. What else to do? Say stop, don’t take customers for fools, don’t put forward a misleading classification from a guide who only has the name.</p>
<p>In such circumstances, it is impossible to remain impassive in the face of such ignominy, so I filed a complaint, with a civil suit, against the authors of this pseudo guide and against X.</p>

L'INAD et son Président , représentés par Maître Stanislas PANON , ont également déposé plainte pour diffamation ( avec constitution de partie civile) contre les auteurs du pseudo Guide, contre X et contre tout complice que l’enquête révélera. Cette affaire , désormais entre les mains de la justice, nous ne ferons plus de commentaire.

David, je comprend votre mécontentement. J'ai eu la désagréable surprise, de découvrir tout à fait par hasard, les données de mon site dans leur guide de la voyance, et cela sans mon accord. N'ayant jamais eu de contact avec cette société, j'ai demandé la suppression de mes données. J'estime, qu'utiliser des informations sans autorisation et totalement incorrect. Bien à vous
