Data deletion

Any person may request the deletion of personal data concerning them held by INAD, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations.

Make a request

Send an email to contact@inad.info with the subject “Request to delete my data” and specify:

1. your name and the email address used with INAD;
2. the data or file concerned;
3. if the request concerns Facebook, the name of the Page or account which authorized the INAD application;
4. any useful information to find the data without transmitting a password.

INAD may request proof only in the event of reasonable doubt about the identity of the applicant. You should never send a Facebook or INAD password.

Processing the request

After verification, INAD will delete or anonymize the data that must be deleted and confirm the operation. A response is provided as soon as possible and, in principle, no later than the one month period provided for by the GDPR. Certain information may be retained when a legal obligation or the defense of a right requires it.

For the Facebook INAD application, the deletion includes the access token, the identifier and the name of the Page kept by the administration. An administrator can also immediately cause this deletion with the “Disconnect Facebook” button in the Social Networks section of the administration.
