<p>I’m depressed</p>
<p>I am writing this email to you because, like thousands of people, I was fooled by the company “Cosmospace”. I received a letter today mentioning the name of the company and asking me for recovery, although I went through the site (<a href="http://www.voyancepartelephone.mobi">www.voyancepartelephone.mobi</a>), the people on the phone never spoke to me about this company, on the contrary, I was told when I asked a few questions at the switchboard, that it was a small company with just a few mediums to ensure seriousness..
The process was as follows: I called this number 0892 569 469 on August 11, I thought it was audiotel paying by the minute as indicated, a switchboard operator took my call and asked me the reason, I told her that it was for an emotional problem, she told me I will take you to a consultation with “Bruno”. She tells me that for my problem I need to go to a private consultation but that it is only 15 E for the first 10 minutes and that after that I will hear a beep to know if I want to continue or not. She therefore asks me for my credit card number, surname, first name, address, email and date of birth, telling me that it is more advantageous for me than with audiotel and gives me a number in 01, 01 77 77 90 06. So I call this number back, the reception voice tells me to press “1” to validate the T&Cs, which I do without suspicion because for me everything had just been explained to me. I get the operator who immediately asks me which psychic I have an appointment with, I tell her and she asks me my first and last name, date of birth to confirm and I am told, ok “Bruno” will take you right away, so I start to talk to this gentleman who I don’t understand very well because he has a strong accent and doesn’t speak French correctly, he is however nice, after 10 minutes, when he is about to reveal “certain things” to me. He tells me it’s over, shall we continue? (the beep was almost imperceptible but maybe it was also because he was speaking at the same time, but he told me in person) so I told him yes because otherwise the 15 Euros already spent would have been for nothing because he had not yet told me what he was about to reveal to me… In the end he manages to keep me in suspense and answer certain questions but in an evasive manner, it will last another 35 mins.</p>

<p>At the end of the conversation, he said to me:
“For your problem my friend, we will need 5 hours, then it will be good! You have to call me back on September 2 and 9. I’ll send you back to my secretary who will explain everything to you…” The secretary/switchboard operator takes me back and explains to me that I’m going to owe a sum of more than 400 E and that it is advantageous for me to take a package at 1300 E for a year, that it will cover the 5 hours I need to definitively resolve my emotional problem and that it will be much more advantageous, because it lowers the cost per minute and that otherwise it would cost me a lot more, It’s a favor they’re doing me, it’s valid for a year to use whenever and however I want. I have tears in my eyes at that moment, I am completely devastated by certain revelations and the psychic suggested certain details that he would have to tell me at the next consultation, so I said yes, without really thinking…
She explains to me that they are going to calibrate the payment in 4 x 325 E and puts an end to theconversation. I hang up, I call back 2 hours later, because after hitting the job, barely earning more than the minimum wage and being almost in the red every month, I tell myself that it’s totally unreasonable.
So I have a person on the line again, different this time, I explain to them that I would like to return to the subscription and only pay what I owe. The person tells me that they are transferring the request to the department in charge of payment, that they will call me back…
The day goes by, no one calls me back, I call again the next day to find out why they didn’t call me back, they tell me it will be done in the afternoon, not to worry. Another day passes and nothing, the next day I call back for the umpteenth time and I am told again that it will be in the afternoon that the person took note that they had to call me back but that they were not there the day before and that they would call me back as soon as they arrived in the afternoon. Finally in the middle of the afternoon I receive a phone call, I explain my problem and then I am told that it is too late, that I cannot return to the subscription, that I cannot withdraw that it is only valid for subscriptions that have not started and that I have already started it and that it is as if I had already used the service, she tells me that she is asking her superior if they can not do me yet another kindness, then she tells me that they agree to lower it for me to 900 E but that it is the minimum, that we cannot do otherwise, that no appeal is possible, that I am committed, that they have my verbal agreement recorded. I reluctantly tell them ok, totally disgusted by this manipulation of which I was the victim but since there is nothing else we can do… She tells me that she will send me an invoice the next day… (I never received it)
The month goes by, he charges me the first part, 15 E + 325 E, that’s when I see that in fact the company is Cosmospace even though it was not listed anywhere on the original audiotel site, because otherwise I would never have contacted them, I had already read certain negative things about them. I was a fool to think he only had one site!
So I contacted the psychic again on September 2 so that he could finally tell me these famous details, and there I heard him eating on the phone, he barely remembers my story and confuses everything I told him, first name, situations, I feel that he is mixing it up with other situations that we have told him, absolutely unprofessional and what’s more he repeats the same thing to me 4-5 times, I feel that it is so that the package goes away.. There I realize that it’s clearly a scam, he tells me to do the complete opposite of the last time, he tells me nonsense, I’m lost.. He tells me that in fact I’ll have to call back on the 5th in addition to the 9th of September, because there would be an outcome at that time.. It’s him who hangs up, because he has to get someone else.. (I was never told that I had an allotted time..)
Deeply disappointed, I decided to cancel my card, out of the question of paying a charlatan, I had been assured at the start of the seriousness of the hand-picked psychics..
They are therefore threatening me today to send me a bailiff and lawyer if I do not pay the consultation of 220 E because they can no longer charge. I still have a package with them that I would obviously never spend and that I can’t pay anyway as I’m already overdrawn..

<p>I would have liked to calibrate and pay only what I owe them because I am an honest person but they do notwant to hear nothing, you have to pay for everything whether it is consumed or not, whether you are in difficulty or not.. In these conditions and in view of the whole manipulation process, go from 0.34 cts per minute to 15 E then 900 E or even 1300 E at the start.. (in addition we say to ourselves, at the very beginning it is so expensive because they are very serious.. It is quite the opposite, I have never seen so much idiocy and lack of professionalism, sorry for the value judgment, but it was unequivocal and then this forcing to reschedule a few days apart, afterward I was called several times by their switchboard, I no longer responded, emails and now mail I have blocked emails and telephone I have been depressed since last month and I feel that it is getting worse and worse, I don’t know what to do.
Thank you for all the help and information you can give me, I am ready to file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor and inform the consumer associations…<br />

Nous déplorons que les escroqueries , les manipulations et les tromperies multiples continuent de prospérer aux dépens des clients de bonne foi. Ces agissements sont le fait de nombreuses sociétés, déjà responsables de graves abus. Pour se faire une virginité de façade, ces plateformes aux mille visages changent de dénomination sociale mais reste la même entreprise avec les mêmes donneurs d'ordre. De sorte que les clients croient s'adresser à une autre société et à de nouveaux voyants. Ces derniers sont en majorité des usurpateurs et souvent basés à l'étranger.
Compte tenu de l'anarchie totale qui règne dans le monde de la voyance et de la généralisation des escroqueries et autres tromperies, conformément au rôle de l'INAD , nous intervenons auprès des pouvoirs publics et du législateur: Présidents des deux Assemblées et des Présidents de groupe politique afin que des mesures soient prises pour que les clients ne soient plus les éternels victimes , et que les voyants ''honnêtes'' ne soient plus, bien malgré eux, les complices silencieux des agissements frauduleux d 'une grande majorité de voyants autoproclamés et d'affairistes organisés.

Je soutiens l'Inad à 100% car vraiment toutes ces dérives impunies font du tort à ma profession. Je suis furieuse que ces sociétés continuent leurs agissements en toute impunité et s'enrichissent sur le dos de personnes fragiles. Ces "escroqueries" permettent à ces sociétés d'investir tranquillement à l'étranger. Les pauvres resteront pauvres mais eux...pas de soucis...Luxueuses villas avec piscine, belle voiture, locaux luxueux....C'est sûr, que tous ces investisseurs dans la voyance de supermarché, en profitent depuis des années sans être inquiétés et ça ce n'est pas acceptable !
