I am writing to you regarding a psychic called Joël F… who regularly speaks on a radio in Paris…, and whom I have consulted several times since September 2007.
…This gentleman not only is wrong but he abuses credulity and takes advantage of the despair of his clients, asserting with certainty that the event he ‘sees’ will come true, just to ‘pump’ them.
I paid several hundred euros for consultations which all turned out to be false and I remembered three of them:
1- In September 2007 when I had just been hired on a work-study basis at company P… for a period of two years, this gentleman predicted to me that I would never again experience long periods of unemployment…
It is October 2010, and since the end of my contract in 2009, I am still unemployed and looking for a job, a little over a year.
2- On the emotional level In September 2007, he predicted a meeting for September 2008… We are in September 2010, 2 years later, and still nothing, no meeting…
3- He ‘‘saw’’ that I would obtain my English diploma after the second attempt but it was a failure…He told me that I would recover a small sum of money following a lawsuit against them and ultimately nothing since I had to withdraw from said lawsuit…
4 -Recently, in June 2010, he ‘‘saw’’ that I was going to have two interviews in July 2010 and that I would be reinstated in my old company.
However, I had neither summons nor interview with my former company and I now find myself in litigation with this same company.
I should point out that the company P… had posted an advertisement for two positions similar to the one I held alternately within this same company; my application was not accepted for discriminatory reasons (?) (I am at COTHOREP).
What I found shocking is that this man who calls himself a clairvoyant denigrates in a petty manner his colleagues and in particular F.L, a member of the INAD, whom I consulted and who did not deceived.
As all the predictions and visions of this clairvoyant turned out to be false, I wanted to have an explanation with him to enlighten me on the non-realization of his photos but he preferred to put to ‘‘absent subscribers’’; because my calls and my messages left on his answering machine went unanswered.
I regret to say it, but this gentleman seems to be devoid of courtesy, common sense and ethics…
I would therefore like to recover the sums that I had to pay for fanciful consultations which amount to charlatanism.
Of course, I expect useful advice and opportunities from you to assert my rights. ..
