Claude THEBAULT BEFORE THE PARIS CORRECTIONAL TRIBUNAL*

On January 11, 2019, Claude Thébault, already convicted*, will have to appear before the Paris High Court. He will have to explain his multiple defamatory writings (unless the case is referred)

Requested on several occasions to stop his harassment, his defamation and his insults and to delete the slanderous and discriminatory content against numerous practitioners of the divinatory arts, the INAD association, its president and its members, Claude Thébault saw fit to continue, or even redouble his nauseating writings. In addition to insults and other lies, this character published, without authorization, numerous truncated and/or modified judgments, going so far as to assert that justice would be exploited by the INAD, sowing doubt and confusion in the minds of some.

Even more serious, it thus discredits the probity of senior French magistrates, named by name, thus calling into question sovereign decisions in actions undertaken by INAD and other third parties. Obsessed by his hatred of the INAD because we refused to publish his “filthy writings” towards third parties, this man does not hesitate to offer his irresponsible advice to a lawyer and certain practitioners to take action against the INAD.

When others use their fortune to help their contemporaries, Claude Thébault devotes his money to satisfying his hatred of others, to the point of going around in circles like an old broken record.

Claude Thébault, in his paranoid delirium, writes:
- “-…. Judge We were witnessing a new version of Borsalino, without the dialogues of Michel Audiard, on an adaptation of the screenplay of Judge Which is the case of the order of June 30, 2016…

Judge X’s order is not only illegal in its content, because it violates the public order of pre-contractual transparency, but it is also void. Because Judge X’s order constitutes a serious breach of public order regarding information owed to the consumer. The INAD does not have the legal capacity to replace a professional to ensure, in his place, a legal obligation of OBLI-GA-TOIRE transparency. The INAD does not have in its corporate purpose declared by the prefecture “to replace the legal obligation of professionals in the expression of the right to complain.” Contrary to what President X judged, there was grounds for interim relief by application of article 808 of the code of civil procedure. It is urgent to enforce public order, noting that the publication, by Inad, of doctored, fictitious and malicious comments on Y..; undermines its obligation to process complaints from its customers.
Obviously not having much to do with his life, Claude Thébault did not hesitate to seek out and contact former victims helped by the Inad, to throw them into public curiosity in order to offer them his services as “legal advisor”. Ofcrazy “good advice” such as, for example, taking the United States Ambassador to France to court and or denouncing to the Public Prosecutor a senior magistrate, president of a court of a major jurisdiction, having acquitted 2 professionals.

He even wrote a delusional complaint against the United States Ambassador, in the hope that INAD would send it to the Public Prosecutor. What we refused to do, of course. Hence a deep resentment against the INAD, its president, its members and against a large number of practitioners, lawyers… whom he does not hesitate to slander, insult, defame…

We would like to point out that we have taken several legal actions against this individual.

In this case, the defense of the interests of INAD, its President and its members was entrusted to Maître Stanislas Panon, lawyer at the Paris Bar.
