Shining and the technique of lying

I worked from January to March 2021, as a coach and service provider within the Shining-Fabiola company platform.

In April 2021, they put me on hiatus, explaining to me that the drop in their clientele does not allow them to provide work for all sighted people. The Shining company would therefore have separated half of its independent collaborators, according to their own assertion. I therefore requested payment for my invoiced services, approximately €720.01, immediately, Mathieux, the manager of this company informed me, without batting an eyelid, that he had received a notice to third party holders, issued by the URSSAF, under the false pretext that I was not up to date with my contributions to this organization. In order to ensure the veracity of this notice to third party holders, I ask them to send me a copy of the document. He refuses. I contact Urssaf, which informs me that no notice to third party holders has been issued and that my account is up to date. I call Mathieu, getting mixed up, he opts for lies and shamelessly tells me: “The Marseille gendarmerie called us and forbade us to pay you…” This technique of lying and scam is usually used to dissuade dissatisfied customers but the Shining company really seems to take people for fools. I don’t think I’m the only one in this situation. In the absence of payment for my services by Shining, I decided to go to court to order an order for payment.
