Harassment, professional secrecy violated

…. In 2014/2015, I was in deep distress, a sentimental distress that I would not wish on anyone. I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, who to confide my torments to. So I turned to the clairvoyants of the COSMOSPACE company, in the hope of seeing things a little more clearly and perhaps finding a solution to ease my anxieties and be able to endure and get through this difficult period of my life. After providing my bank details, my telephone number and my address… I was put in contact with a certain Nathan and subsequently with other psychics. I must say that these people took advantage of my weak situation by pushing me to take excessive packages for consultations which brought me nothing apart from additional problems. In possession of my bank details, which they kept, They used my account without my prior consent, so I have a debt of €3,600. Having noticed their process of using, in complete peace, on my account, I objected and changed my bank card. But they didn’t get discouraged, and from then on, they didn’t stop trying to intimidate me, harassing me by telephone and by registered letters…

Annoyed, I contacted them to contest the merits of this undue amount that they were demanding from me but also by explaining to them my difficult situation on all levels and asking them to stop harassing me because if I had called them, it was in the hope of having help, to understand the why and how of this emotional failure which was so difficult for me to bear and not to be threatened and harassed, thus making my life even more complicated. I told them that their actions were inhumane… To have peace and turn the page on this affair of the heart which “hurt” me and to put an end to these incessant phone calls of threats and blackmail, I even offered to pay this sum in several installments. They told me, taking into account my situation and my explanations, that they were going to send me a proposal for a staggered payment. It was July 2015, and no news since. Yesterday, they called me to threaten to send me a payment order through a bailiff, and that this was the last time they would contact me and that this procedure was going to cost me a lot of money.

Please note that I have not signed any contract with them…

I am tired, revolted, I have had enough of their incessant harassment, knowing in addition that they leave voice messages on my personal phone, which I also use for professional purposes, which can seriously harm my work and violate my professional space. What is even more serious, unacceptable, is that they left me messages relating all the information that I was able to entrust to them in complete confidence and confidentiality. If those around me were to discover my confidences it would be a catastrophe; my situation is already so tense…

I have decided to no longer let it happen, to accept this type of blackmail and this type of harassment because it allows them to continue their actions and embarrass a large number of people in turmoil like me. This is why I wish to file a complaint by integrating the current group action which I was able to learn about on the internet…
