On Saturday March 14, I received an email for a free 10-minute clairvoyance offer, but on condition that I give my credit card number to have €1 debited from my account. Confident, I told myself €1 wouldn’t go far. So I called 04.28.38.02… and it was Elianos who gave me ‘‘the consultation’’ without ever notifying me of anything, but he took care to offer me a package and without giving me time to respond, he put me in touch with the switchboard and there a person offered me - without asking my opinion - a package for 500 euros. Surprised and a little lost at the turn of events, to free myself from this grip, a real trap for fragile people like me, I replied that I was going to think and give my answer on Monday… As I was worried about having given my credit card number, I immediately went to my bank to request an account statement and there I discovered to my great surprise two debits of €100, the 1st at 4:56’.06 p.m., the 2nd at 16.56.06 - i.e. 1 sec. interval -).
Faced with such deception, I immediately sent emails to contest the abusive deductions of €200, but also to tell them that, without waiting for Monday, I did not agree to their €500 package that they want to impose on me but I was unable to obtain a response to my emails. So I decided to call them, after many attempts, they ended up answering me. After listening to my explanations, Jessica seemed to understand my distress and told me she could cancel the package without telling me about the 2 abusive deductions. A moment later, it was Scheherazade who presented herself as responsible and assured me that the cost of the package would be maintained and will be taken in its entirety, refusing any arrangement, any compromise. Faced with my objections, she offered to pay the package in several installments. As I was tired, tired, with worries in my head, seeing no other way to end the discussion which was dragging on, I ended up giving a semblance of verbal agreement for the package that was imposed on me. After thinking about it, I canceled my bank card and filed a complaint at my local police station. ,,, This company would be in Nice. The sampling was carried out by CC Catchers ….– 13009 in Marseille.
Then, as if to console myself for the scam of which I was a victim, I received a package from the company High Ranlking Media… in Toulouse, which contained a candle (which had been offered to me, but which I had refused) and an invoice from CC Catchers indicating 150 minutes at 500 euros, free candle.
Outraged by such actions, I called Jessica back, but she simply replied in a cold and authoritarian tone: “Everything remains to be paid.”
Here I have outlined for you the facts of which I was a victim. I think I must not be the only one to be trapped by this company. I consider it also an abuse of weakness; If I called, it was of course because the offer was free and I thought I would find some comfort: I have a lot of health problems, financial problems, serious problems with a 96-year-old mother suffering from Alzheimer’s disease)…
