I wanted to consult Maeva, “traditional African clairvoyant” according to her website www.maeva-voyance.. I called 08.92….then pressed 3 to get the call number for private consultations. I had the secretary who took my bank card details then offered to call me back 10 minutes later….What she did to give me yet another number, 0173…. to directly contact Maeva, to whom I asked my question and the latter ordered me: “don’t leave!” “. I waited about 5 minutes on the line for her to deign to ask me about my current concern. So I asked her the question but as her answer was slow in coming, under the pretext that she was concentrating, and I was tired of waiting with the telephone receiver glued to my ear, I ended up hanging up.

I called her back later to ask what happened. She told me “I went to concentrate and if you can’t hear me, don’t hang up again, stay there. » I told him that I was paying during this time. She then suggested that I do 10-minute sessions, “that way you’ll only pay €15 each time. »

I called her back twice, each time she left for 5 or 6 minutes to “concentrate” while I had to ask my question again. Each time, she came back and told me that I was too tense and that she couldn’t “get me”. Annoyed, I called her one last time not for a consultation but to have her summarize the total cost of my communications with her. She then told me: “10 minutes, 10 minutes and 15 minutes”.

About half an hour later, the office secretary called me back to ask me how long my consultation with Maeva lasted. I repeated to her what was agreed with Maeva and she replied that if there was a problem she would call me back. Since she didn’t do it, for me everything was OK.

However, to my great surprise this morning I noticed on my account that they had taken €15 and €123 from me!

I called them straight away to ask for a refund, threatening to call INAD, but the person said they didn’t care and that it wasn’t by threatening them that I would be refunded. So I called Maeva back who confirmed the consultation times of 2 times 10 minutes then 15 minutes and that the collection of €138 must have been an error.

But strangely enough, this time she told me that her name was not Maeva but Amélie…

Hum...
