I am taking the liberty of contacting you in order to put into the public arena facts of an unscrupulous nature on the part of a clairvoyance firm, “clairvoyance c…” ….to name them. Telephone 04-92-…. which are referenced for their seriousness on the internet!
This firm reiterated its breach of trust by charging me without my knowledge a service that I had not requested, and without specifying the amount.
I mention that already once they had to reimburse me in the amount of 94 euros following a 20-minute consultation, billed at 200 euros, which does not correspond to their pricing of 3.50 per minute.
This incident seemed trivial to me, and I maintained my confidence in this firm, because no one is safe from making a mistake. On May 12, I consulted one of the clairvoyants, Marie, who, without my express authorization, told me that I must do magnetism by telephone, because supposedly I am in a more than dramatic position. Indeed, coming out of a romantic breakup, a so-called evil woman would prevent the man who left me from coming back… In short, the usual hardware of what we call the clairvoyance scammer… I strongly deplore this, I know many professionals who do not have these practices and are honest. Although I believe in many things, I absolutely do not believe this at all, and even less so over the phone without support and without contact! The latter asked me to contact her again on May 23…
Yesterday I called to cancel this appointment realizing the absurdity, not to say a scam, of the affair and above all having realized that I had been charged 226 euros, for 20 minutes of consultation, after information I had simply been billed for the magnetism service of 126 euros.
I called, wanting this error to be corrected…but the operator who hung up on me first time, then a second time, told me that with Sarkozy’s government I could always count on getting a refund, implying that I was only a foreigner, which is also false, because I am Basque. So I left a message, then a second, then two emails explaining to them that I was going to cancel the debit from my credit card as well as file a complaint. This rather cavalier reception forces me to implement more drastic action so as not to allow the fact that respect for the laws is not an illusion to persist in this person’s mind.
While I am far from wanting to get to that point, and while I only wanted a clear resolution of the problem by obtaining a refund for the magnetism service not provided (126 euros)
I am addressing you to denounce this type of practice, given that you are the spokesperson for your profession and are supposed to put things in order in the event of excesses.
I thank you for taking these facts into consideration, for my part, I find it insane that companies would allow themselves to record consultations, the IT law prohibits it and this could give rise to criminal sanctions, to threaten you, to steal from you, by abusing your credit card and to continue to prosper with the blessing of the structures which should theoretically supervise it. …
