Certain practices, sometimes presented as medical alternatives, can lead to harmful decisions such as withholding or abandoning necessary medical care.

It is essential that the members of the commission are informed of these often overlooked realities. It is essential to ensure that the legislator has all the necessary data to make informed decisions in this specific area.
