Despite intense confinement in the middle of a pandemic, sellers of hope are taking advantage of this great moment of solitude for people in distress to lure them, again and again, with shady websites made up of misleading links aimed at consumers: “Will your relationship last?” “Couple problem”, “Roman breakup”, “How to get your ex back?”… clairvoyance to the point of no longer being able to take it, astrology, numerology, with however the concealment of the truth, that of paying very dearly for a consultation which is nevertheless advertised as “free”, what’s more with the great unexpected burlesque art of a ritual which ruins the bank accounts of people who need help. This virtual world of online clairvoyance, via greedy companies, causes the misfortune of many people, and contributes to the collapse of the purchasing power of extorted people.
A moment of weakness following a breakup, anguishing despair, and we decide to register on feminastro in the hope of boosting our morale, and everything changes. Souls are not saved in a chapel, which seems to escape these morally repugnant sites. This is what happened recently to Bernadette from Paris who was looking for a little comfort with the bliss of benefiting from free clairvoyance widely displayed on the attractive feminastro site which nevertheless reeks of fraud. At the request of the said site, via software, Bernadette fills in the usual boxes as is customary in this type of scavenger sites: first name, last name, email address and date of birth, golden information for the resale of personal data to advertisers, each as voracious as the next. No clairvoyant listens to Bernadette immediately, and it is only the next morning that she receives an email from someone named Alexane, inevitably an assumed name, who asks her to call a number in order to give her the help she needs. Satisfied, Bernadette quickly grabs her phone and without the slightest difficulty manages to chat with an intermediary who, strangely, gives her a priority code to benefit from her free consultation promised the old woman. We imagine that this fake code is attributed daily to the few hundred, even thousands, of deceived people who benefit from a so-called consultation without the slightest cost.
Bernadette therefore receives her gift for which she will ultimately pay dearly, a consultation not provided by Alexane the tout, but a certain Thérèsa, a pseudonym which comforts, recalling the great and only mother Thérèsa. Everything is completely fabricated in this stronghold of touts, including the first names of the ghosts behind their keyboard and telephone. Theresa, the magnificent braggart, announces to Bernadette that she is the savage victim of a bad spell resulting from a jealousy which would harm her existence, and which would mainly aim to destroy her relationship. A bad omen given that Nathalie, to her great regret, is separated from her companion. Thérèsa suggests an online purification so that everything can be put in order for a better life. An online exorcism? How is this possible, are we in the fifth dimension? You have to believe that with Féminastro that everything is possible, even the impossible provided you pay the price. Never seen before in the history of scamsclairvoyance, not even in dreams. Feminastro actually has divine powers to take people for idiots at this point. Obviously, without being an imbecile you can fall into a fishermen’s net in a moment of weakness, or even absolute distress.
Bernadette didn’t risk much given that the service was free, or at least that’s what she thought… No longer knowing where to turn, lost psychologically, she accepts the requests of Thérésa, an improvised clairvoyant, who dictates rituals worthy of a makeshift marabout. However, worried about an announcement that the communication is billed at 2 euros per minute, Bernadette explains to Thérèsa her difficult financial situation, reminding her that the consultation should be free. In total bad faith, this scoundrel complicit in breach of trust tells her that this message does not concern her, and that clairvoyance is indeed offered. Throughout the fantastic telephone ritual, the communication kept getting interrupted, which pushed Bernadette to call back the profitable number 28 times for Féminastro given that a fee for each call is in addition to the 2 euros per minute. This charlatanism lasted 4 hours, with a bill for Bernadette of €589.46, a sum collected by her telephone operator who pays it to the company of which she was a victim. Obviously, the operator is not taking part in such a dispute, and has also written to Bernadette that it cannot do anything as it is obliged to settle the company according to commercial agreements. It is possible with your operator to block online payments on invoices, precisely to avoid being duped.
Féminastro, which is a “pipeaux” clairvoyance site, harassed Bernadette using other telephone numbers in order to extract more money from her. Bernadette is far from being the only victim of this process which is unfortunately not illegal, unlike the service.
The INAD continues to warn consumers on these sites where deception is a priority with false clairvoyants, disguised gratuities, shameful practices, false advertising, attacks on the psychological integrity of the person, abuse of weakness… It is a question of organized gang scams of companies specializing in completely bogus clairvoyance and astrology on a large scale. These organizers of human misery, without scruple, do not hesitate to rob the most deprived in order to enrich themselves, regardless of the financial situation of the victims because it is not their problem. How can you improvise as a clairvoyant and become an accomplice behind a computer and a telephone line for a pittance? Whether it is feminastro… or another twin society in facts and maneuvers, we notice the same methods, the same stereotypical responses. What is extremely serious is to use negative persuasion techniques to stun, and get hold of the reluctant client who ends up breaking down. To defend itself against the countless claims, Astronomie…does not lack completely insane argumentswhich take up two pages, and comments as inept as their trumped-up clairvoyance.
First of all, the introduction is of rare weakness: “I accompany each person through their own truth”. What truth? These people only live with lies! “I support each person through their wallet” would have been a common sense sentence. Great spiritual Masters have confirmed the donations of manipulative puppets from this company located in Canada under the name CONSEIL DIRECTELIA, and whose payments are ensured by another company TURADH LP located in Scotland. Which great Masters? What donations? With such nonsense, we don’t dream, we have nightmares. You have to remember that clairvoyance is never free, and that it is always an illusory offer. In reality, we offer you the ice cream, but you pay for the cone. In addition, feminastro clearly states in the general conditions: “In order to access the site and use the services, the user must have Internet access. The costs of telephone communications making the connection to the Internet network as well as to the site accessible will remain the sole responsibility of the user.” This text clearly demonstrates that the user is liable for the price of the communication, and that therefore clairvoyance is free given that the customer only pays for telephone access. In law, clairvoyance can certainly be considered free, nevertheless given the exorbitant price of communication we can say that it is a clear fraud. Furthermore, bogus clairvoyance accompanied by a scandalous and degrading purification is not only a double fraud, but an abuse of weakness. Another misleading clause: “In order to access free services online, by email and by SMS, the user must provide their name, first name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and mobile phone number.” This clause is in contradiction with the previous one, and therefore legally ineffective. The first specifies that only the price of the communication is the responsibility of the customer, and in the second it is stipulated to communicate his contact details for free online access, what is more without emphasizing that the customer must himself call a premium rate number. On the other hand, Féminastro uses the customer’s email to force them to call a heavily taxed number. This cynical company makes no commitment to contact the customer, and the latter’s contact details are cleverly added to a commercial file sold at a very high price to a multitude of sites of the same caliber. Here is proof of this in one of their clauses: “incidentally they may be used internally for commercial management purposes by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA in order to best meet the expectations of its customers. The user’s contact details, following registration, whether their email or telephone number may be subsequently used without time limit by CONSEIL DIRECTELIA SEC or its subsidiaries and subcontractors in order to promote any of its products”.
Regardless, these obligations run counter to personal data laws. Given the geographical location of this company, it is always possible to file a complaint with their embassy, and in this case the Canadian Embassy in Paris, which must be reinforced with a complaint with the Public Prosecutor. The world of clairvoyance is a real Casino, and many investors are getting involved in this immensely profitable business. It is easy to make people in distress swallow snakes. These lying companies pay commissions, even royalties, to their own bounty hunters who shoot the pigeon. Hunters are obviously greedy people who think they are clairvoyants and astrologers.
To avoid being misled, it is essential to read the general conditions of the site at the bottom of the page, the characters of which are tiny so as not to attract attention.
