Fooled clairvoyants, deceived consumers…We remind you that a commercial practice is misleading when it is based on false or misleading allegations, indications or presentations relating to the qualities, abilities and rights of the professional.
Deceptive commercial practices are punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €300,000.
In defense of certain rigorous professionals, it is clear that they found themselves propelled, without their knowledge, as the best clairvoyants in France…, given the title ‘‘sectarian’’ in the category ‘‘The artisans of light’’ or in the burlesque category ‘‘the cream of the creams’’. Some people, well known to the INAD, for their irresponsible behavior and their professional mediocrity, towards customers, happy to appear in a catch-all rag, did not hesitate to lead a little ‘war’ against the INAD and its president, thus participating in a campaign of denigration, insults, defamation and discrimination. These unscrupulous professionals will have the opportunity to justify themselves before sovereign justice. Information, prevention, defense of consumers and the legitimate interests of honest practitioners remain our priority.
