As at the end and beginning of every year, more and more client-consultants are consulting a professional in the divinatory arts: Medium, Clairvoyant, Astrologer… Beware of scams! In order to raise awareness among consumers who are increasingly being defrauded and manipulated by unscrupulous practitioners and by certain audiotel firms specializing in telephone clairvoyance and illusory occult work, the INAD proposes, in the interest of the profession, to open a month on clairvoyance fraud. This initiative, which will not please many notorious profiteers, certain fetishist marabouts and certain enlightened and mediocre clairvoyants, is an absolute necessity to make all practitioners responsible and alert consumers to the excesses that may result from these actions.
We therefore call on the responsibility and vigilance of professionals and consumers so that the abuses of certain practitioners and firms are denounced; the very interest of the future of the profession is at stake.
