Defamation, blackmail, incitement to hatred, discrimination
Rita Pavone, Liza Coleman, Marla Cohen, Judith Goldsmith and their French accomplices will have to answer for their actions before French Justice.
A complaint with the constitution of civil party was filed against Maximilien de Lafayette, Rita Pavone, Liza Coleman, Marla Cohen, Judith Goldsmith. In addition, they are summoned, as part of an interim summons on January 13, 2017, before the President of the Paris High Court, in order to give accounts for, among other things: defamation, discrimination, insults, public insults, incitement to racial hatred, consumer deception, harassment, threats and blackmail under conditions, certain hosts of defamatory comments are also summoned in order to communicate the names of the courageous anonymous people who hide behind anonymity of ‘comfort’ to pour out their gall.
We remind consumers that the Guide to the Best Psychics in France by Maximilien de Lafayette (a famous French surname used fraudulently by ‘‘psychics-mediums-journalists-investigators’’) is an incredible deception of the consumer, a grotesque deception to which some psychics and mediums in need of media recognition have given support as blind as it is ridiculous: http://inad.info/blog/presse-ecrite/603 . Since 1987, Consumers have known perfectly who to call in the event of a problem with a clairvoyant or any practitioner of the divinatory arts. Since 1987, consumers have known who informs them, who best defends their interests to allow them to evolve with complete peace of mind in the world of clairvoyance. As for honest practitioners, they know the probity of the INAD and it is not the lying and vengeful opinions of a quartet of myopic clairvoyants lacking customers who will weaken the actions of the INAD. We are not in the habit of gratuitously denigrating or insulting anyone. We have always been respectful of each other, we have always denounced supporting evidence, and ultimately the false, fraudulent or misleading practices of certain practitioners. This is in the interest of the profession, but also to preserve the legitimate interests of consumers. But recently, some in the USA and France have believed they can freely pour out insults, repeated lies, calls for hatred on the INAD and its president, as well as on a state-certified psychologist, whose only “wrong” is to have shed clinical light on the world of clairvoyance: http://inad.info/blog/presse-ecrite/610 . The same people believed they could destabilize David Mocq for the sole reason that he refused to appear in a false publication. These people, like their active supporters, deserve no favor, no understanding, no apology from consumers. They have become aware of the filth which covers these publications and the proud stupidity of the clairvoyants who have thrown themselves body and soul into this deceptive enterprise.
Some Inad members have been deregistered for their irresponsible behavior towards customers. However, INAD has always been careful not to point the finger at them, to publish the testimonies and complaints addressed by theircustomers. Inad has regularly served as a buffer between dissatisfied customers and these professionals. However, there are some among them who thought it was good for their image to discredit the INAD, in gratitude for the services rendered. Serious error. By agreeing to appear on the cover of a misleading guide or a magazine of the same ilk, these people could pass for clairvoyants blinded by pride and the need for publicity. By actively supporting this campaign of harassment of a few lousy Americans who thought they were succeeding in France what they had miserably failed in the USA, these people have gone beyond the stage of stupidity to join their American “friends” in the activities repressed by French law.
Unlike these funny American ladies and their few French supporters, responsible professionals (clairvoyants, mediums, astrologers, etc.), made their voices heard and gave their support to the INAD, David Mocq and Youcef Sissaoui.
