Allow me to intervene regarding your question. I am a professional in the divinatory arts and I am somewhat surprised by the content of your letter. I would like to point out that despite the fact that I am a member of the I.N.A.D, I am responding in a personal capacity and not for the I.N.A.D, nor for the profession. So this answer is only mine!!

You claim to be unhappy because the predictions of this clairvoyance firm have not always come true. You still ultimately claim in your question that some of them came true. I think that at that point, you cannot blame them for anything as long as they have of course not offered you anything other than services related to the divinatory arts and that this same firm has not fraudulently used your bank details.

If this is indeed the case, then you cannot claim a breach of trust! Indeed, legally, professionals in the divinatory arts are bound by an obligation of means and not of results. You should know that clairvoyance is not an exact science but a human one and that we generally know that all human sciences are fallible, that a risk of error or interpretation is therefore possible.

On the other hand, you also have to stop victimizing yourself as soon as you realize that you have overindulged in consultations because I think that you are also guilty and capable of giving yourself limits when you want. After all, I suppose (still) that this firm did not put the knife to your throat to consult them? There are indeed unscrupulous professionals, I grant you, but unfortunately there are also people who take advantage of the situation and who then complain as soon as they start to feel guilty or realize that they have exceeded their financial limits.

I do not believe that this approach of filing a complaint is healthy because if I use your last sentence: I quote “Do I have a chance of achieving my goals…”, you ultimately imply obtaining a goal whereas if there really was a breach of trust, you would not have turned the sentence this way…

Now I have absolutely no knowledge of your situation or even this clairvoyance firm but know that it is ultimately possible for you to contest all the payments but this firm may then turn against you if you are in the wrong and they are in the right.

My advice: think carefully about the term: “Breach of trust” before making a decision!
