Complaint against MYASTRO

Free clairvoyance scam, a simple formality

“….On Monday, December 3, 2018, around 9 p.m., I received a phone call telling me that I was entitled to 10 minutes of clairvoyance consultation for only €1 and if that exceeded it was up to the clairvoyant to indicate the price per minute. I am asked for my credit card number to secure the line. I hesitate, but the lady reassures me that this is a simple formality.

The consultation starts at 10:40 p.m. After 10 minutes of harmless blah blah blah, the psychic asks me if I continue and he tells me €1.50 per minute. I say that I don’t believe it and that I don’t want to exceed €50. He then tells me that the cost is €189. I ask that he offer €50 to management. He tells me that she won’t accept, but that he will do it for me for free. I have to give 5 numbers from 1 to 80. My highest number is 70. So he takes a first card, which I don’t see, and if it’s 10 he counts from 1 to 10; then if the number is, for example, 25 he counts again from 1 to 25 and if it is 70 he counts again from 1 to 70 and the time passes! He then asks a few questions about what topic he is going to talk to me about. I want to know if a lady who could be my future is serious or if she is a scam. He goes back and forth, he always repeats the same thing: it’s a scam. I think he spent a good half hour on this. After about 1 hour in total he told me that, taking into account the first 10 minutes at 1€, it costs me 297.00 € and that he is giving me 3 minutes as a gift. I jump. When I remind him that he told me it was 1.50 per minute, he replies that he would have told me €6.50 per minute and that this can be found on the recording tape; in any case I understood €1.50. And looking on the internet, I generally found that the price is around €1 per minute. When I remind him that the consultation was supposedly free, he tells me that the free corresponded to the €189 for the pendulum and that he did this to me for free… Immediately afterwards I sent a message to Myastro prohibiting them from collecting the sum of €297 and that if they did so I would file a complaint. My surprise was that they immediately collected €50 on one occasion and €247 on another occasion. What can you advise me? » Enrico
