Occult works or guaranteed scam

In August 2001, I called on a psychic who preferred to direct me to a medium specializing in emotional problems. Indeed, I was doing very badly… I absolutely had to find a solution quickly. But now, this clairvoyant had to work in parallel with one of her colleagues for assurance of speed and guaranteed success, all without any problem. Everything would be settled at the end of December 2001. After asking me for 11,600 euros for the purchase of “magic” plants, I still have no results in 2002. I was asked to be patient and to let the person come. In reality I only saw this person 8 days out of 365 in 2002, even though I was assured that I would soon see the end of the tunnel.

We are in 2003 and nothing more. In addition, the first medium disappeared from circulation during 2002 with work pending... Then the second medium disappeared in September 2002. My file was (it seems) taken over by a third medium who in turn asked me for 150 euros to take over my file. By registered letter, I asked them to reimburse me as the Charter of Ethics specifies since the person in question has had someone in their life for several months.
I consider that I was the victim of a breach of trust and a fraud.
I am therefore waiting for a response to my letter before contacting the Public Prosecutor as well as the DGCCRF and the INAD. In addition, they only use cell phones whose numbers sometimes change or always have a voicemail. I don't know if I did the right thing, but enough is enough...
