Deceptive business practices and organized scam
I have just denounced a scam on the part of the clairvoyance company My Astro. I will tell you the facts: Wednesday January 17, 2017 around 5 p.m., I received a phone call informing me that a psychic, having had a flash, wanted to share his revelation with me…, my interlocutor tells me that this will only cost me the application fees, which are of the order of one euro and to validate this offer, she asks me in the simplest way possible for my bank card details. But as I am suspicious, I ask her for the physical address of this psychic, Villeurbanne 69100, she replied. I ask him all the same, before giving him my bank details, if I would have a text message at the end of the consultation as proof of the one and only amount of 1 euro for 10 minutes of free consultation? She confirms this to me and launches into promoting the My Astro firm, praising its seriousness, its reliability… and informs me that someone named Alexis would call me for the agreed consultation…
Fragile mentally and physically, in treatment for a long-term condition and overwhelmed by a certain number of worries, I ended up giving in and giving him my bank card details, written down on a piece of paper, placed in a safe place at home and always within my reach. An old habit, I can imagine!
Shortly before the call from the ‘‘famous Alexis’’, my interlocutor wanted to clarify for me and informed me that the latter will call me at 6 p.m., a favorable time, according to the stars. Around 6 p.m., he calls me and there begins a real monologue, with the added bonus of being free, he tells me he can use the pendulum and other free supports to better understand my situation. … the minutes pass and Alexis tells me everything and its opposite, impossible to cut him off, to stop him in his delirium and his gibberish is so tiring that I remember nothing. I just wanted to know if my situation was going to improve, to be reassured about my life, my health… At the end of the supposed consultation whose duration beyond 10 minutes was imposed on me, he told me that I owe him 325 euros. Scandalized, outraged by this announcement, a real scam under the cover of clairvoyance, I did not let myself be impressed; I wanted to point out to him that at no time was I able, despite all my efforts, to interrupt his speech, which he certainly gave to everyone. He didn’t seem to be upset at all, certainly used to this type of reaction from poor, distraught victims; without taking my objection into account, he coldly announced to me: “I’m making a gesture, it will be €300 instead of €325” and arbitrarily sets me an appointment for February 19 for 10 minutes of free clairvoyance and 15 minutes, as a gift (according to him), for this next consultation that he took care to impose on me, without my agreement! What a nightmare!! This pseudo clairvoyant did not seem to be moved by my reaction, by my dismay, I had the impression that everything I could say to him to contest this scam made him neither warm nor cold.
What a scam! How can anyone tolerate such a scam? Why do we allow certain individuals, about whom many customers complain, to carry out this activity? I read the testimonies on the INAD website (calling into question this firm andhis ‘‘seers’’)
Le Pompon: a favorable time for a structured scam
Regarding the ritual imposed by Alexis, I would like to warn other customers not to be fooled and taken for fools because the ritual offered via his company My Astro is monumentally stupid; This is rubbish, heresy. This is what he suggests to me to set up his pseudo ritual, faithfully repeated, invented, imagined, straight from his mind, fertile in nonsense:
“First you will take a one liter water bottle filled with water then add five tablespoons of coarse salt, you will head towards your bedroom Sitting on your bed you began to shake the bottle from left to right until the salt was diluted after you placed the bottle under your bed parallel to your head. Leave it in this position for two nights, third day, you go and take the bottle and you go directly to the front door of your home, the door is sprinkled with a few drops of water on the bottom of your door and you do the same in all corners of the home without exception, even the toilets, throw the rest of this water into the toilet by flushing and you do it for three weeks, once every week,
I am counting on you to apply my advice. Sincerely . Your psychic Alexis. The amount of €300 was withdrawn in two installments, on January 17 and 19, 2018. I objected to these fraudulent withdrawals because I gave authorization for the payment of one euro and not €300. Since this scam I have been at my worst and my doctor has given me sick leave (see attachments) I can’t sleep anymore! I feel alone in the face of this scam, I sincerely hope that you can help me
