I am informed that no one knows this Maître Albert and that it is surely a scam..

During my complaint call this morning, I heard on the phone people who consulted Mr. Albert and who were spouting the same nonsense to them as to me: “…wait, I’m going to my office, stay on the line for 5 minutes…”. It is certain that 5 minutes will turn into 50 minutes of waiting.
