Cabinet spirit: wind, bullshit and false hopes
… On December 25, 2014 around 3:30 p.m., I received a call on my cell phone from Raphaël from “Cabinet Spirit”, who told me that I had consulted on an audiotel platform with questionable practices… He told me that he was contacting his former clients from whom I was selected, to offer them his services: a clairvoyance consultation of unlimited duration and at an unbeatable price, i.e. in all and for all 50€, with the ability to recall it as many times as I need.
Immediately, without letting me say a word, he offered me a drawing to prove his skills. As it is Christmas Day, I let myself be tempted, especially since at that time, I was in the middle of revising for my exam taking place at the beginning of January. .. He told me that I was going to pass my exam, not to give up, to revise well and continue on my path… On a sentimental level he predicted to me: “I see an interesting meeting around February/March. This man will charm you with his culture, will elevate your way of thinking. Physically, he is an elegant dandy. He will become your masculine ideal. The construction of your couple will take place slowly to lead to a nice stable relationship. »
Curious, I tell him about a person I hope to hear from. And there, his vision is categorical: …this person risks preventing your meeting with the elegant dandy because he is too present in your head and always thinks a lot about you. »
He then offers me a service to force him (influence him) to contact me so that we can have an explanation. To convince me of his occult power, he told me: “Generally I have a 95% success rate and I promise you that you will hear from the person in 1 month and 10 days, give or take 2 to 4 days. I do a quick calculation and I say to myself, without thinking about anything else, he must call me at the end of January.
This service was set at €300, to my surprise he gave me a price of €150. But he suggested that I investigate my friend further by calling me back the same evening. At 11:15 p.m., the phone rings, Raphaël tells me: You are in this man’s heart, you have marked him for life. I see he’s stuck with his work… he’ll come back.
So on 12/29, rocked by the revelation that my friend always thinks of me, that I am in his heart etc. etc. I let myself be seduced by the too good promises of a clairvoyant (who cannot see the end of his nose) I agree to pay 50€ for the unlimited clairvoyance service and 150€ for the emotional return of my friend. On 01/06/2015: I pay Raphaël, at his request, €100 to ensure that I pass my exam. Looking back, I realized that I passed my exam, not thanks to the power of this clairvoyant but, above all, thanks to my work.
01/19: he asks me for €150 to destroy the circle of negativity that surrounds me 09/03: 150€ energy intervention essential for things to improve for me 04/20: €100 I don’t know why anymore… 05/13: €200 to purify my soul, in a word a kind of rebirth 05/21: €100 I don’t know anymore either… Faced with my dissatisfaction with giving him money regularly for work for which I see no results, I requested reimbursement. 03/06: he offers to reimburse me €200 and instead of a refund, he takes €200 from me.
I am very unhappy because none of the work undertaken hasgave a result and even less the return of my friend from whom I have had no news.
I threaten him with proceedings for fraud, he reassures me by suggesting that he will reimburse me for €400, but to do this I have to give him my bank card number to make the transfer and then he takes another €300 from me.
I saw red, I’m not going to let it happen because I no longer want Raphaël and David to take me for an imbecile so I firmly threatened them with a procedure. They agreed to reimburse me €700 - out of the €1500 collected -, but they refuse to give me a date to make the reimbursement. I understood their scheme, they promise to gain time, in the hope of discouraging me.
In total I paid 1500€ for wind, bullshit and false hopes. I am going to file a complaint against this site and against this pseudo clairvoyant.. In the meantime, thank you for publishing my testimony and supporting me; I am currently unemployed and at the end of the month I will no longer receive ARE. So I will be at the RSA. I live alone with my 13 year old son…
