2 years ago I had a clairvoyance with CAROLINE, to whom I had the misfortune to answer her cold calling one evening around midnight, child’s play for her, I revealed my life to her. At that time I was very tormented by my life as a couple. I had just left the marital home on the advice of the gendarmerie. Through insistence, this Caroline managed to get me to talk and to unpack my life for her. Then it was the turn of a certain Gabriel who took over to give me a clairvoyance, using the information that I had given to Caroline. I listened to it and paid.
This Sunday, June 28 in the evening, I received a call to inform me that Caroline ‘‘clairvoyant’’ had important feelings for me, that it would not cost me anything because clairvoyance is free. As that didn’t interest me, I replied that I no longer consulted psychics. My interlocutor on the line insisted on the importance and urgency of the revelations that Caroline was going to make to me: “It’s very important, she wants to speak to you straight away, but it will cost you a total of €2, payable by credit card, for the connection. At that moment, I no longer thought about this Gabriel at all… Worried, I ended up giving my Auchan accord card numbers. After having communicated my credit card number, I waited a long time and then I was asked for my numbers again because she had supposedly noted it wrong…
After that, I “stupidly” waited for Caroline to call me. So I took the initiative to stop waiting and call him myself. What was my surprise to hear myself offered, to have these famous revelations, a paid clairvoyance consultation with an offer of 5 free minutes. I refused because my financial means are very limited and do not allow me to take on the costs.
These people will stop at nothing and believe that they can safely fool and defraud you using blackmail and fear. On June 29, I received an SMS from Bank Accord to inform me that a direct debit of 510 euros for the benefit of… VOYANCE, had just arrived to be paid. I immediately called my advisor to object to this abusive deduction but the objections service had just closed.
The next day at 10 a.m., I called my bank back to make the objection in question. I learned that there was not €510 but an additional €500 which was taken from my account on June 28 by the same VOYANCE company! I called straight away and was told that I owed them €500 for a clairvoyance carried out (??) two years ago. Faced with my dissatisfaction and my protests, my interlocutor thought she could calm me down by offering to pay the €500 in two installments, which I refused. She then tries to persuade me by offering me payment this time in 5 installments, otherwise the file will be entrusted to their lawyer, she threatens me. I don’t let myself be intimidated… At any time I am doing what is necessary with my bank to object to these abusive direct debits. The bank refuses to reimburse me for the amounts fraudulently taken and beyond the agreed amounts which were set at €2. According to my advisor, I gave my bank details and the most surprising thing is that she ordered me not to call her again.
I decided not to let it happen, I am going to file a complaint and challenge my bank’s position because the company has kept my bank details and had not erased or deleted them as is the rule. Laetitia
