At the end of March 2014, I consulted a site specializing in advertising for marabouts and Mr. Basakho, who says he is a teacher and clairvoyant-marabout, caught my attention, because it was specified in his advertising ‘‘Payment after result 100% guaranteed. So I consulted him with complete confidence and with a real hope of obtaining a result because at that time, I was really not doing well; my ex partner got back together. During the first meeting with Mr. Basakho, he was able to put me at ease and even promised me that he was going to bring back my ex, that he was used to dealing with this type of problem and that his work was always positive.
To immediately begin his work, he asked me for €140 to buy products which were essential for him to prepare the famous work of emotional rapprochement. Then, I had to go to his house 4 times, 2 visits per week so that he could soak me ‘‘stark naked’’ with a lotion he had prepared to attract my ex to me. As I was unhappy and on the verge of despair, he called me 2 to 3 times a week to hear from me. I found in him “perhaps” moral support (?) I was manipulated, he knew how to exploit me; I bought him a computer, then I gave him in cash and on several occasions sums ranging from 300 to 400 €, I bought him a suit, shoes, a car for 2500 €. Taking advantage of my gullibility and my despair, he introduced me to one of his colleagues who would be much stronger and more competent than him to take over, so that the work could be completed as quickly as possible. I paid €30 for candles, then €300 then €2500 to his colleague. I suffered a lot of pressure from his colleague who absolutely wanted this money, he told me that it was important because he had planned everything. As communication with this new marabout was not going well, this marabout himself advised me to resume work with Mr. Basakho. What a godsend for Mr. Basakho, taking advantage of the situation, he asked me to pay for a trip to Guinea, cost: €1000 which allowed him to leave at my expense and stay in his country for 3 months. he returned at the end of October 2014.
Before leaving for Guinea, he insisted on swearing to me that by leaving for his country, everything would return to normal and my problem, thanks to him, would be resolved upon his return. There, he found a way to ask me for more money (I sent him €100 to his bank account by transfer). After a month, while he was in Guinea, I realized that I was the victim of a real scam.
The work with guaranteed results, promised by this marabout professor, turned out to be a pure scam, a real scam and instead of bringing me help it only added a financial problem. I am in debt to the tune of €15,000 (various credits which were used to pay for the pseudo work of 2 scammers. . The only concrete result, despite the promises and the touting advertising of this marabout,: my ex started his life again and settled in with his new partner.
Today, I am looking for a job. My testimony, I hope, will help other people to avoid being subjected to the same scam as me.
I am going to file a complaint against the marabout and the site for fraud and misleading advertising.
