Cumbersome details, fanciful revelations at €7 per minute
The purpose of this testimony is to describe the maneuvers of the company Cosmospace, following telephone contact with a practitioner of this company. It is on purpose that I avoid the term “psychic consultation”. Notwithstanding the fact that a clairvoyant cannot see everything, as they say, as a practitioner, I know that a drawing gives an overall idea of the consultant’s situation, from which it is possible to distinguish the major aspects of it, according to their importance. Against this way of practicing, the technician to whom I was arbitrarily oriented, side by side at the height of 7 € per minute, without me being offered a choice, (which I insist on, since other “clairvoyants” would be less expensive -3.50 € per minute-) seemed to ignore the principle of clearing up the situation, before pointing out ‘‘the dark areas’’ which are the subject of my call.
Cumbersome details, fanciful and impossible-to-verify revelations…, Donovan, ‘‘magnificently fulfilled his obligations’’ by suggesting clarifications on my part, scrupulously integrated into the pricing of this telephone audience in proportion to the call time. Having reached the threshold of the fateful amount of €700, corresponding to a “package” presented as an “arrangement” in favor of the client, i.e. €651 which had been requested from me, I noticed with surprise that my practitioner was unaware of the symbolism of a card from the Tarots of Marseille - Le CHARIOT -, taken by surprise, this “clairvoyant” suddenly cut short the conversation on the pretext that my situation was too complex, and that he could not nothing more to ‘see’. Avoiding discredit, given its lack of knowledge of the most used support. During the ‘‘consultation’’, I was entitled to the famous package presented as valid for 3 months, but the use of which, I point out, was refused to me a month later. This way of proceeding and practicing the practice of clairvoyance by telephone and at an imposed flat rate, makes me think of organized gang fraud and premeditated lying for racketeering purposes as it appears in threatening letters (judicial recovery procedure) emanating from the litigation department, acting on behalf of this company. Not having a bank card, I paid for this notorious scam by check, and having reached three quarters of the payment for the package in question, I still had a balance to pay of €239. This company continues to send me these threatening letters via ‘‘Justicia’’, a litigation service. I would consider that as damages for this type of practice that falls under the name of ‘‘moral violence’’, I could interrupt this regulation, which is also useless since among the details that were ‘‘seen’’ by Donovan at €7 per minute, there is a person that I should not see again according to his ‘visions’. However, contrary to what was told to me by Donovan, this person came to my home for three months for 8 hours a day to help me carry out work and is one of my best friends, our contacts are maintained and strengthened by our common membership of a trade union organization….
But the subject of my initial question remained unresolved for €651. Among the many victims of Cosmospace, some of whom have used my services (free of charge), I note that problems with the perception of their situation can be resolved by asimple reasoning or highlighting gray areas but these people reveal weakening flaws in their personality. Under no circumstances should the Cosmospace company, in my opinion, be authorized to deal with people presenting disorders such as lack of self-esteem, or lack of confidence in their potential and a fortiori mislead them, because the consequences can be very serious for fragile people or people lacking direction. In any case, this declared charlatanism outrages a noble practice, but has the advantage of reducing the already truncated unemployment figures by promoting access to jobs of convenience, without in any way resolving the social or contextual problems of consultants.
Wishing my experience to be as clear as possible, and an alert for the reader-consumer of commercial clairvoyance. That said, I would like to ask Inad about the measures envisaged by the public authorities to curb this phenomenon described by the increasingly numerous victims, and jointly obtain responsible companies and clairvoyants to pay their clients compensatory damages depending on the content and seriousness of the complaints filed or which will be filed before the courts.
I note, unless I am mistaken, that the public authorities do not have the political and social will to protect consumers of the divinatory arts against these practices that undermine human dignity. …
