When the sweet secretary turns into Cerber
About a year ago I failed my driving test for the second time, I was devastated. Raoul, hesitates, mumbles a few incomprehensible sentences which have no relation to my 2 little questions, suddenly, I hear him sigh, as if he felt a concern for me, “I’m panicking a little”, then he says to me: “I have to speak to you in private, outside the forum”, he left me no choice…, I wait and surprise, it’s the secretary who takes over and asks me about him pay 15 €, faced with my astonishment at paying 15 € for nothing, I said to him: - I thought it was free?, yes, it’s on the forum but in private it’s 15 € for 10 minutes. As I was not well, I absolutely wanted to have the answer to my question, so I resigned myself to paying the €15, telling him that I did not have any more liquidity in my account. Don’t worry, she tells me, you will be warned by a beep, just say stop and automatically return to the secretariat… I give my consent for a private clairvoyance: €15 for 10 minutes with the famous Raoul. gibberish and I hear the BEEP of the 10 minutes running out, I say stop!! But Raoul tells me: “wait, don’t hang up, I’m checking my clairvoyance, it’s important for you. I “stupidly” hang on to my telephone receiver for thirty minutes without getting the slightest response from Raoul. Finally, he deigns to pick up the telephone receiver to tell me anything, he always repeats the same thing, without taking into account my sobs, I say stop, stop but he was deaf and continued to jabber, jabber… Return to the secretariat, I am coldly told €137, I dispute the amount and the clairvoyance which was not one. The sweet secretary turns into a Cerberus,… either pay you the sum of €137 immediately or I will give you a subscription for €900, so the €137 will be taken in three installments at the same time as the fixed price of €900. I did not give in, I refuse and authorize €40 to immediately pay a deposit on the €137 and the balance a little later. Okay, she replied, mischievously she insisted in vain on having another consultation for €10.
In the evening I call my friends to tell them about my mishap, and on their advice I call my bank who advises me to file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor. Since then, I have been harassed by the company Cosmospace via a Justicia, a collection service which tries to intimidate me with incessant telephone calls, threatening me with seizure if I do not pay before 4 days…. Here is my story which will be useful to customers, victims like me of this type of psychic; I learned a big lesson from this: never expose my weaknesses again, nothing is free.
