Professional secrecy “violated”

I am keen on small-scale sociological experiments. I like to observe the functioning of certain microcosms, what are their workings, their challenges, their flaws. And I would like to point out that the experience I undertook was not sponsored by INAD in any way.

This is why I have held and will hold firmly to maintaining anonymity, wishing to protect myself from intimidation from the Wengo company or its experts which INAD has obviously already had to face.

I am, to introduce myself in a few words, a lucid, free, curious woman, and above all concerned with scrupulous respect for the rights of the French consumer.

This is one of the reasons why the INAD has gained my trust and sympathy by wishing to regulate and moralize the practice of Divinatory Arts in France, which is experiencing remarkable growth as we see a number of experts in taromancy and other esoteric practices flourishing here and there. Which experts often only have the talent of skillfully practicing the art of fraud.

The Internet represents a wonderful medium for these kinds of experiences. The forums, in particular, thanks to the anonymity they provide, are an open door to excesses of all kinds: outside the laws, outside of reality, individuals transgress their Superego with complete impunity and appear in their raw state, such as they are and such as they think.

The Wengo company forum on astromancy and mediumship could therefore only be very promising.

I therefore decided to become Amélie, a young teacher recently separated from her partner, and currently on sick leave due to depression. The portrait, deliberately loaded, could only give more weapons to those who would like to use it against me.

For about a year, I called different experts, from the most famous to the least known. I created several nicknames, two of which have now been deleted by the Wengo company. I participated in alternative forums, which I knew were assiduously followed by certain experts, such as au feminine.com, doctissimo, and other forums administered by individuals, of varying importance.

The goal was to become this character, with his story, his regular activities on the internet, his qualities, his faults, his secrets (I went so far as to claim to have a still hesitant gift of mediumship)… Meticulously crafted, he ended up coming to life before the eyes of the speakers on the Wengo forum. My cover was now functional.

You must, at this stage of your reading, ask yourself what could possibly have been the objectives which had led me to act in this way. Obviously, for me it was not a question of demystifying the phenomenon of mediumship, which, I believe, undoubtedly exists. Pointing out all the clairvoyants who had invented a future for my fabricated character would have been a pointless experience.

This fool’s game could have destabilized anyone, whether medium or not.

My real goal was to push the so-called experts speaking on the forum to their limits. Provoke them, relentlessly, aggressively, but without insults. So I took on the role of the disgruntled customer, whose predictions had never come true. The observations that followed were most delightful.

On the Wengo forum, I soon realized that ANY negative opinion, whether aggressive or not, was systematically greeted byscathing, contemptuous, or condescending replies. We simply have no right to be unhappy on Wengo.

Mediums are never wrong, or else we are immediately accused of lying, of a venomous attitude, or even of madness. Having gone as far as possible in my experience, I was considered crazy (with a paranoid tendency, I specify).

The microcosm of the Wengo forum is therefore only made up of two categories of individuals:

  • The experts

  • Satisfied customers and for the most part reverential in a rather inappropriate way towards the latter.

This forum works like this, let’s not be afraid of words, like a small sect with its gurus and disciples. Any disruptive element is automatically stoned, censored, disqualified. Without warning.

And Wengo in all this? The company has a moderator, who never intervenes but who eventually deletes each of the topics presenting an opinion contrary to the proper functioning of the forum (by this I mean: “Wengo experts are wonderful, honest and altruistic people who are never touched by error or dishonesty”).

As things currently stand, the observation is alarmist: any new customer landing on this platform and visiting its forum can ONLY form a biased opinion of the situation.

To give you an example, it happened that one day, a customer came to ask the company if his horse was going to succeed in an upcoming horse show. The most enthusiastic reaction from the medium M…, who assures that the horse will be in top form, despite some small difficulties. “I answer for the animal,” she declared bluntly.

However, the said courier was unable to participate in the race because he found himself with a knee as big as a grapefruit, according to his owner.

As a good unpopular member and a hindrance to going in circles, I asked point blank: “Mr…., the horse did not compete. How do you explain your clairvoyance stating that he would indeed participate in the race? »

Immediately, the expert friends of this medium as well as the regulars (or disciples), whose mental state is more related to aggravated lobotomy than anything else, fall on me in unison:

“She probably read the thoughts of the horse who really wanted to participate in the race,” an optimistic customer told me.

“She still highlighted the difficulties to be anticipated,” underlines another.

The experts, friends of the clairvoyant and less lenient towards me, took pains to insult me.

Mr. D. in particular, and Mrs. V.. (….), already very annoyed by my presence, asked me what I was doing here and if I was looking for a stallion, for one, and if a simple stuffing horse would not do the trick, for the other.

Mrs. S. had previously speculated about my sexual habits on the forum, advising me to go, in her words, to “wash my ass”, since “my whole neighborhood had passed over me”. It must be said that I had previously advised him to go wash his hair for the photo on his personal profile, following an attack on his part, clumsy that I am.

Finally, I can’t say that the slander made on his part about an already fictional character really concerned me, but the level was still there… To put things in perspective, these people claim to be mediums, professionals and spiritually elevated.

Mr. D…, for his part, participated quite widely in the debate concerning my sexual preferences, which wasthe opportunity for me to attack him on a subject that was close to his heart: his dog, with whom he poses tenderly in his photo.

One quarrel led to another, my life, or pseudo entire life, was unpacked on the forum: “assisted by national education”, “starvation civil servant salary”, “you will have news from your Rectorate” I was even threatened by private messaging.

“Amélie born on.., living at such department number, we have your contact details, we will find you, we know who you are. » “Now I have his personal details and I’m going to put my point (sic) on his little slutty face! » shouted Mrs. S… in the heart of the forum without the moderator intervening.

“I won’t drop my pants, neither in front of some little shit from Amélie nor in front of anyone! »

Mrs. S… went so much “live”, and without my needing to help her, that she even threatened me with a free voodoo session in which I would be the guinea pig.

“Do you know the power of thought over a person? » threatened me Mrs. S….

Didn’t Wengo’s charter prohibit acts of black magic? I asked myself.

This time, the topic did not last long and the moderator made it a point to promptly delete our comments.

These examples, although they are vulgar, although they are unworthy and although they are repugnant, are nevertheless necessary for you to understand what the composite cohort of experts participating in the Wengo forum is made of.

They have none of real psychological adaptability. They have no self-control and insult anything they don’t like, without any form of sanction from their hierarchy threatening them.

They form among themselves and with the help of their disciples a united bloc, strong in the impunity that the platform allows them to enjoy.

They threaten, verbally, and physically. They intimidate. They deny their responsibility. They use defamation and slander. They manipulate. They violate their duty of anonymity towards their clients.

They don’t forbid themselves anything but they don’t let anything pass.

By way of conclusion, and if the affair of the lame horse brought a few smiles to your lips, know that the incompetent Mr…. once assured a desperate mother that her deceased child would one day be reincarnated in her, and that her husband, on the verge of divorce, would return to her. “The laws of reincarnation are magnificent,” she declared, “you will most certainly have another child. » The woman to be sure if she insinuated that her child would be reincarnated, and that she would father it with her future ex-husband. Mr…. to confirm.

Since then, there has been no further news of this poor woman.

I think of her sometimes: What happened to her, like so many other people manipulated by these clairvoyants who are only in name?

Why does French legislation not regulate these often unstable and psychologically fragile people, who put their lives in the hands of a large majority of crooks, incompetents, ignorant or greedy people?

Amused by this experience which was only intended to reveal the moral baseness and lack of integrity of the Wengo seers, I will forever retain a very consequent bitterness.

The one they called Amélie.

Ambre
