On August 25, 2010, I responded by email to the advert published on the MEDELINE VOYANCE “SEEKING PROS” site which was looking for mediums. The same day, the manager of the company, Mrs. T… called me back on my cell phone for the usual interview. When the interview was over, she asked me to start the next day. She gave me all the instructions and advice to register on her office’s interface and thus begin clairvoyance consultations.
Faced with such eagerness, I asked him to send me the contract so that our collaboration would be transparent. Mrs. T., to reassure me, she told me that our collaboration must be based on mutual trust and whatever the conditions, we will always reach an agreement. .. Faced with an attitude as conciliatory as it was reassuring, I accepted his proposal and got to work.
The days passed and I didn’t see anything happening. So I called him to point out the abnormal delay in sending my contract. It took almost a month for her to send it to me at my urging…. After going through the contract, I noticed numerous anomalies but for greater certainty, I asked my lawyer (advisor to large French companies in Tunisia and also a graduate of international law) The latter advised me not to sign it because certain clauses do not comply with the legislation in force in France. So I share her observations with Mrs. T. Her reaction was brutal, she pointed out that it was a standard contract and that I had no right to show it to anyone and that my lawyer is illiterate and an imbecile… With that, she hangs up on me.
What was my surprise to receive, a little later, an email indicating that the contract cannot be modified and that we were ending our collaboration. She promised me, without ever keeping her promise, that she would send me payment for my services on October 10, 2010, i.e. €366.74… it is November 29 and no transfer has been made despite her promises, regularly followed and preceded by blackmail and threats.
I need your help because I find it unacceptable that a clairvoyance firm uses such methods to escape its commitments with the sole aim of not paying its employees… Lamna* Tunis
