Ms. Mamé N……. offered me her healing services to unblock my situation and that of my children because we were victims, according to her, of black magic practiced by my ex-mother-in-law. But I haven’t seen any results. Of course, I quickly understood that I had been defrauded by this clairvoyant. The story is simple, as I was going through a difficult period and in the middle of depression, I needed help, to take stock, to see what was happening to me. As help, Ms. Mamé began to ask me for money to get rid of black magic and, above all, she strongly advised me that I had to act quickly otherwise serious things would happen to me and to my children. I was scared, I sent 5 checks in the space of a month, for the sum of €1,220. One morning, this clairvoyant called me to ask me for an additional €200 for “baths” because the situation required it and which explains the urgency of her call. I told her that I am the mother of 3 small children but she didn’t care and insisted on the need to send her this amount. Faced with my discontent (see the letter I sent to her), she threatened me with worse evils if I dared to file a complaint against her; the laws, she knows them, she told me, because I signed the checks of my own free will and above all that she is not afraid of anyone and that if I did anything, she would make me pay dearly for it through black magic and in the three days that followed, I would suffer atrociously and my life would be “Shit”. I have a friend who was also defrauded by her but as he is a man, she does not dare threaten him and prefers to attack weak people. Yet she told me that she did not do this for money, despite her 1,500 clients, some of whom pay €10,000. Can you help me because the police do not want to take this type of complaint and advised me to contact the Public Prosecutor and the Fraud Repression services. If nothing is done, it would mean that anyone can make money easily, which is not normal…

INAD: In her letter requesting amicable reimbursement, the complainant specifies to the “clairvoyant”: “While I never threatened you, you repeated it to me 2 or 3 times to intimidate me, that you would telephone my ex to inform him… You are a professional, are you not bound by professional secrecy? … I am entitled to request compensation from you for disclosure of professional secrecy and invasion of my private life. This letter is addressed to the INAD and subsequently, if I do not have a response from you, to the Fraud Repression service and to the Public Prosecutor. I also inform you that I have had a handwritten note registered at the police station for possible reprisals…”
