I became aware of your site because I was looking for a consumer association regarding clairvoyance. I wanted to provide a testimony and get advice regarding a dispute I have with a clairvoyance company. I can’t register on the site so I’m contacting you directly. I was contacted last week by a clairvoyance company (internet, telephone and text) that I had already called once or twice with full knowledge of the facts. Last week, I was contacted to offer me a promotion for my birthday, a clairvoyance offer at 10 euros for 10 minutes instead of 15 euros for 10 minutes. They made it clear to me that they would notify me beyond 10 minutes. I accept the offer and consult a pseudo clairvoyant. At the end of the consultation, I came across the secretariat who told me 55 euros to pay instead of 10 euros because I had exceeded 10 minutes. I would like to point out that this clairvoyant did not tell me at any time that the 10 minutes had passed. She disputes and assures me that she told me about the excess, but for my part, I am sure that she told me nothing. But since it’s his word against mine, this company is now demanding the rest from me and wants to initiate recovery proceedings. I do not know if I can have recourse regarding this dispute given that nothing proves my good faith. No recording, just my belief that I was not warned about the time limit. But I don’t intend to let it happen, because for me, these are villainous methods of picking people up from their homes and supposedly making a promotional offer to better scam them afterwards. I refuse to pay this amount because for me, it would prove them right.
