After many years of working outside, I decided to stop that and to be much more present with my family, I, after reflection, decided to continue my work on an audiotel, I consulted on the internet the ésopole site where I am referenced and saw in the professional section the audiotel recruitment announcements, I therefore contacted first of all the audiotel L… clairvoyance where I worked for 2 weeks and then went to the audiotel A… which gave me asked to work for him, which I accepted while telling him that I needed a contractual document linking me to his audiotel, which he confirmed to me, myself having no experience of the operation of an audiotel or the charter which corresponds to it, I therefore started my work and throughout the weeks, I continued to request this document which did not arrive, on the 31st of the month this gentleman contacted me on the telephone and told me that I had diverted his customers that I was a crook, a devil, death threats and multiple insanities, I replied to him that I had never received any documents from him or charter telling me that I could not indicate my telephone number if I had had these documents I certainly would not have given my telephone number, he replied that I should know despite everything, that I would not be paid for my work. From March 1st to 31st I generated 196h18’.03’’ with 785 people consulted and a TMC of 8.21. This gentleman then made an internet note which he passed on to various audiotels saying that I was a crook and mentioning my name. I filed a complaint with the public prosecutor for threats and non-payment of my work, I was interviewed by the police and am awaiting the decision of the Prosecutor of Toulouse where A resides. I had to hire a firm of bailiffs who 4 times requested by mail payment of my dues, which to date has not been done. I speak out against these odious and unprofessional practices within the framework of our profession as parapsychologists, this gentleman even sent me notes saying that I had to pretend to make cards and make noise while taking as much time as possible to respond, it is the people who call who are deceived, and this I dispute energetically and share on my site and will say it in conference, I hope that you will take all this into account, knowing your seriousness in the matter, I was able to gather certificates from customers affirming that they knew me through my company and of course knew my telephone details, or had during an audiotel discussion to ask me to call them back, which I did without suspecting that I was doing it wrong or in contradiction with a charter of which I had no knowledge…
