ALLOKANG*

Following our intervention with the Clairvoyant Jarod, implicated by Kaomia, the ALLOKANG company, concerned about its brand image, customer satisfaction and the quality of the services of the clairvoyants who officiate on its platform, informed us that it had intervened with the practitioner. The latter disputes the facts with which he is accused, but agreed to make a partial reimbursement of €2,000, out of the €4,000 initially indicated by the complainant.

Taking into account the information brought to our attention by the protagonists, INAD found this arrangement fair and therefore closed this file (with all reservations)

• the previous title: “Platform and Clairvoyance” was deleted and replaced by Allokang. Indeed, the management of this platform was attentive to the customer’s complaint.
