I was nothing more than a ghost...

I contacted the INAD by e-mail, to obtain help and information on the manipulative practices of false clairvoyants, who claim to work for the good of others, particularly for afflicted people looking for immediate answers, and in reality, sell you dreams at a high price (illusions not refundable by Social Security), serving to keep you dependent on them. One of the leaders of the INAD association contacted me the next day to clarify this matter… I was surprised, because no fellow psychologist, police force or lawyer had been able to respond to me so quickly, and for free…

After 2 years of manipulation of all kinds, the only person who was worried about my financial situation was my banker. My friends had deserted my daily life; and my morale was declining, my relationships with active life were declining towards nothingness, pushing me to withdraw into my home. No more work, no more calls or visits, no more hope for the future, I was nothing more than a ghost haunting my apartment, where not even the sea, visible from my living room, could cheer me up.

However, I had already noticed this state in other people, without really understanding its full extent; I said to myself “these people are weak-minded; me, in their place…” In their place, such was my condition for almost a year, and it almost cost me my life… at 37 years old. The culprits (because there are no other words to designate them), were these notorious crooks, well established and operating in an organized gang, specialists in the paranormal front, experts in mental manipulation and illusory magic, calling themselves the best clairvoyants in France, jealous of their colleagues, claiming to know God and the guardian angels better than anyone else, and being on a mission on Earth… for me!… Because it is Scammers are always interested in you, and they know how to highlight you, to better denigrate those around you, in order to isolate you from their advice and help, and to imbue you with one truth, one truth only: your clairvoyant-guru is always right. And if he is always (or almost) right, and holds the keys to your future through his exceptional gift, and God is counting on him on top of that, then it is your entire life that he is trying to trap in his crystal ball.

In my case, the method was simple: worried about my future, I contacted a clairvoyant, who told me what I wanted to hear, and even more… Trust was established, my worries faded, and it was with happiness that I believed I had found an ally, who understood me, and helped me at little cost (at first). Thus, our relationship intensifies. And the sessions multiply as if by magic. The gate of my intimate garden is open to her for the benefit of a radiant future that she promises me. Then, noting my grief following a death in my family, she told me again what I wanted to hear: “Your grandfather is well, he spoke to me, he is your guardian angel”… And as few people balk at being protected by Heaven, obviously, this belief seduced me… And as an ally, this false medium enters my family, since she interprets the will of my grandfather, my guardian angel, in opposition to all the others members of my family living on Earth, and even my friends… Cleaning is done around me, and by myself, without understanding that I have just been possessed. The total influence of my clairvoyant-guru, and her accomplices, are exercised over my person, and I cannotcan, therefore, no longer direct my life without talking to them. In short: they run it for me. The future they see for me is the one they imagined for me. And it will end only if they decide, at the right time; if I can no longer pay, or rebel…

The great advantage these people have in manipulating you in this way is that they are examining your future, and to do so, need to know you intimately; but they do it without your knowledge, because their kindness captivates you, and, establishing a bond of trust, they direct your ambitions towards a future that they create from scratch, plunging you into an illusory fog covering present reality. An intimate complicity that we reserve for our psychiatrist, or our friends, in whom we trust. Except that a psychiatrist has fees set by the State, and a friend does not charge you a fee for the service rendered… It becomes almost obvious that the “fortune teller” does not wish you well, but seeks her profit at your expense, even if you find yourself in your underwear on the sidewalk, with a stone around your neck, eyeing the gray waters of a river… This person did not expect you to make swindling his profession. The more skillful she is, the less you will detect deception, demonstrating her experience in the field; and if you end your life, she will only lose one client; a penniless and desperate client, whose disappearance she will not be able to regret if she wants to save her business. We are far from the envoy of God on a mission on Earth, or the doctor on his couch seeking to heal you, or even the empathetic friend who really wants your best… All the while knowing that the false medium will rejoice in predicting troubles in your decline; to the extent that, when troubles rain, every reasonable person despairs; and that it will likely push you into the depths of depression, where you may not be able to come back. This will reassure the false medium of any legal proceedings against her, since she will always be able to pretext the madness of her client, addicted to psychotropic drugs; or a dead man immersed in a river, who will no longer have the means to express himself other than through a medium…

To protect themselves from any “counter-attack” from their victim, false clairvoyants sometimes help each other, and use various pretexts as a shield: they have a relative in the police, the DCRI, a lawyer or journalist… Or conversely: gypsy friends or former soldiers, capable of anything! (Implied: the worst). But their favorite discipline, which can often unmask them, are their superstitions, and in particular their particular interests in magic… And since they do not practice it on a music hall stage, and hate Harry Potter, we can easily detect the reason for their interest in this obscure discipline, because it is practiced in the shadow of their clientele, very often…

For my part, the best remedy I found to free myself from this influence was to take refuge in what I knew was best around me, and above all which could not impoverish me further: religion (free), internet studies (free), the sympathy of my new volunteer friends at Emmaüs and the Restos du Coeur (free), social workers (free), the police (free), and the INAD which was the only specialized institution in this area, to be able to understand me and effectively help me fight against this kind of scourge.
