To the anonymous Internet user who claims that INAD is useless…your remark is very far from reality. We would like to remind you that for 23 years we have not stopped intervening, in vain, with the public authorities to somewhat regulate the practice of the divinatory arts.

But the absence of control and surveillance is not an obstacle for the INAD which regularly intervenes on behalf of consumers who are victims of the fraudulent actions and questionable practices of certain unscrupulous firms and practitioners. Is it necessary to publish everything? It seems to us not. Because it is this discretion of amicable intervention with the professionals implicated by their former clients which allows us to resolve - often and successfully - the dispute between the interested parties.

Some telephone clairvoyance firms (audiotels) - who believe themselves to be above the law - have even tried to intimidate us so that we abandon support and advice to their victims who have spent tens of thousands of euros for nothing. Having regained their faculties, these victims did not hesitate to file a complaint against these firms and against some of their psychics for complicity in an organized gang.

There is no doubt that INAD is disturbing; the stakes are enormous for telephone clairvoyance manufacturers who no longer hesitate to proclaim themselves experts to give themselves strength and credit to a clientele that is poorly informed but passionate about the divinatory arts and the need to know what the future has in store for them.

For the record, the INAD is at the origin of the first Moral and Professional Charter for practitioners of the divinatory arts, previously submitted to the D.G.C.C.R.F - General Directorate for Competition and Fraud Repression - before being made public and proposed to the entire profession.

In addition, we were encouraged in 2010 by the Ministry of Small & Medium Enterprises, Commerce, Crafts and Liberal Professions to make the Moral Charter known and respected throughout the profession.
