Knowledge and Gift*
Some people confuse sophrology, hypnosis and clairvoyance. Others abuse the credulity of others. It is important to take stock of problems that are increasingly on the agenda in order to clarify the ideas of those who are called upon to consult sophrologists or clairvoyants. Sophrology is a specific and personal form of relaxation that addresses interior and exterior turmoil as well as multidimensional stress. It is a spontaneous or provoked state of mind, where the living forces of the being are released thanks to a provoked return on oneself. While hypnosis – a state induced by a hypnotherapist – corresponds to a passive attitude. “Sophrosis” is a dynamic that smolders under the fire of an inapparent action. Clairvoyance for its part is none other than a telecommunications either with the beyond, or with the future thanks to the state, or with the future thanks to the state close to hypnosis and “sophrosis” where the medium is placed. “Mediumship” “sophrosis” “hypnosis” hysteria are neighboring positions, intermediate between wakefulness and sleep. These are states endowed with incredible restructuring or creative potential. Remote phenomena can be captured in all cases. Mediumship woven with intuition therefore comes more often to women than to men so that there are only degrees between telepathy - parapsychology - hypnosis - “sophrosis” - Hysteria and clairvoyance. Subliminal revelations explain the degrees that exist between these different states as well as the confusion that reigns in the mind of the layman. While clairvoyance allows predictions or brings hope for life after death, sophrology gives the subject’s current affairs effective resources to fight against themselves and others. Sophrology often gives rise to states of clairvoyance which force vigilance in those who could, under certain conditions, feel persecuted or really be persecuted.
