Choosing an identified practitioner means consulting with confidence

In a world where anonymity and excessive promises can blur the lines, knowing who you are talking to is essential. Clearly identifying the practitioner you are consulting, understanding their commitments and the framework in which they practice allows you to make an informed choice. It is with this in mind that INAD offers simple and transparent benchmarks, in order to help consumers consult with confidence and full knowledge of the facts.

When we go through a period of doubt, questioning or fragility, it is natural to seek insight. The divinatory arts can then appear as a possible support. But in a world where the offer is abundant and sometimes confusing, it is not always easy to distinguish a serious approach from a misleading speech.

Promises too good to be true, anonymity behind a pseudonym, alarmist predictions or anxiety-provoking speeches: all practices which can weaken the relationship of trust between the practitioner and the consultant. For the consumer, there is a real risk of being convinced without having sufficient reference points.

It is precisely to respond to this difficulty that INAD has given itself the mission of providing clarity. Its objective is neither to promote practitioners nor to guarantee results, but to help the public to better understand, verify and make informed choices.

In this context, consulting a clearly identified and authenticated practitioner constitutes additional assurance. Knowing who you are talking to, being able to verify the identity of the practitioner and knowing the framework in which he or she practices allows you to approach the consultation with greater peace of mind. This identification implies a commitment to respect the principles of good practice, such as honest information, the absence of unrealistic promises and respect for the free will of the consultant.

Being referenced by the INAD, for a practitioner, does not mean seeking automatic recognition or simple display. It means agreeing to practice openly, within a clear and responsible framework, and to be part of a lasting relationship of trust with the public. Membership is based on a real, long-term commitment and on consistency between the principles displayed and the practices exercised.

This approach excludes neither freedom nor individual responsibility. Some practitioners may choose not to renew their membership, which is their right. Others may be excluded when they no longer respect the commitments they had accepted. These decisions are part of a logic of consistency and consumer protection, without personal considerations.

Consulting with confidence does not mean seeking absolute certainties, but being able to make an informed choice. By encouraging the use of identified and committed practitioners, INAD contributes to a more responsible and respectful practice, where trust is not decreed, but is built through clarity and duration.
