Occult works and contract

About the conditions of validity of the contract relating to Hidden Works

Consumers, don’t let yourself be fooled anymore, don’t throw your money out the window, more and more of you are being scammed by certain marabouts and other specialists in imaginary occult work. To our knowledge, there is no legitimacy for the establishment of a witchcraft contract and/or imaginary occult work. It is for this reason that we have had the validity of certain contracts established by clever “specialists in occult work” examined for you to give themselves strength and credit.

Indeed, four conditions, stipulated in article 1108 of the Civil Code, are necessary for the validity of an agreement: consent, capacity, object and cause. If one of these conditions is missing, this agreement will be void. Indeed, in accordance with article 1126 of the civil code, the object of the contract must be determined or determinable: if it is a fungible thing, in species, in price, in quality, of course for a contract to be validly formed, the object must exist, be possible, determined and lawful.  However, by examining certain conventions it is explicit that the object of the service is not lawful or even determinable.

Given the absence of this essential condition, any agreement of this type becomes null and void.
