Sunday 2016-03-20, I had a telephone consultation with a so-called medium from KG COM Clairvoyance (Myastro) from Canada and after about 45 minutes when I decided to put an end to this antics, that’s when I was told the enormous cost of this consultation which amounted to 981.50 Euro. An amount of 195 Euro had already been debited from my credit card by KG Com, even before the consultation started, leaving me with a balance of €786.50 to pay. I immediately canceled my credit card to block access to it by KG Com.
Since then, a man named Julien, supposedly from the accounting department, has contacted me on a regular basis so that the remaining amount of this consultation is paid under threat of legal action and additional costs. I would hereby like to obtain from your organization a professional opinion or a procedure to follow in such a case…
