To put an end to scams and clairvoyance scams
Clairvoyance is a useful profession, but now infiltrated by notorious dealers, professional manipulators, usurpers, crazy people, charlatans, of whom thousands of fairly fragile and unwell consumers are victims every month.
This is why, faced with the proliferation of scams organized under the cover of clairvoyance and which are revealed to it daily, the INAD has decided to strike a major blow!
The INAD is thus launching a communication and action on a national scale in order to bring together as many people as possible who have been or are still victims of unscrupulous practitioners, companies and platforms, responsible, among other offenses, for countless abuses of weakness and organized gang scams.
To carry out this kind of criminal “class action”, and to bring together as best as possible all those who are more than tired of being taken for gogos or pigeons to be plucked, the INAD has mandated the law firm PANON – FAIRBAIRN (www.fppf-avocats.fr).
The benefit for the victim of integrating a group complaint is threefold:
by filing a complaint with dozens or even hundreds of other people who denounce the same practices, their case is much stronger, and the risk of dismissal becomes almost non-existent;
the number of complainants creates a certain anonymity which can be reassuring for people who, for this or that reason, do not dare, or even are ashamed to file a complaint;
financially, this allows people who could not afford to pay a lawyer on their own, or those for whom the amount defrauded does not justify spending at least another 2,000 or 3,000 euros in lawyer fees, to enter into the procedure for a sum of around 200 euros.

This initiative aims not only to protect consumers but also to defend the legitimate interests of the entire profession whose social role no longer needs to be demonstrated. Public authorities must react and not leave a profession left to its own devices and in the hands of certain lobbies who pull the strings and think they are untouchable.
Today, the problem is not to believe or not to believe in clairvoyance which has existed since the dawn of time, but to face a situation which generates thousands of scams every month and whose victims are legion.
After 26 years of activity, fighting against winds and tides, suffering insults and threats, often under the cover of anonymity, the INAD, taking into account the scams committed against more or less deprived people, disconnected from reality, who no longer know which devil, saint, minister or deputy to trust, has decided not to weaken, and on the contrary to redouble its initiatives, in particular by massively taking legal action to put an end to the fraudulent actions and various manipulations of these lawless individuals.
Perhaps then the State, which until now has not moved one iota to try to regulate the practice of the divinatory arts even a little, will finally react.
It goes without saying that the INAD is not motivated by any malice against anyone, does not target any particular firm or platform but any practitioner, any firm, any platform responsible for abuse or fraud under the cover of illusory clairvoyance, thus discrediting the practice and the benevolent of this profession and harming rigorous practitioners.
