REMINDER: We recommend to all consumers that they should never communicate their bank details to a platform, an audiotel site or to any other clairvoyance professional by telephone, before having first obtained all the information* on: the conditions, duration and cost of a clairvoyance consultation, the name of the practitioner and the precise address where they practice. Otherwise, you risk being the victim of a scam and finding yourself having to pay a prohibitive sum for dubious clairvoyance, which is only in name. You should also know that behind several audiotel services and platforms hide (often) the same people and the same companies which record the information collected on an IT medium. Furthermore, we expressly remind any independent collaborating practitioner of an “audiotel and platform clairvoyance” firm who is put in direct contact with the consulting client, that his role is an eminently social role and that consequently, he must not be linked directly or indirectly to any abuse or to any scam, his duty is to ensure before starting his consultation that the consumer client has been well informed about the conditions of connection to obtain his consultation. Furthermore, it is up to him “practitioner” and not his client to end the consultation by informing the latter that the duration of said consultation has come to an end. If only one of these conditions is not respected, the customer has the right to end the discussion or even request full reimbursement of the sums that have been taken and/or refuse to pay sums beyond what was agreed. Consumer of the divinatory arts, we advise you to be demanding because it is in your interest at all levels: financial, psychological… by your action and by your rigor you will also contribute to changing mentalities, to making the practitioners themselves responsible and to discouraging the sour finesse specialized in conditioning to impose on you a clairvoyance consultation which is only in name. Only collective awareness would be able to limit or even put an end to the multiple excesses of certain firms and other professionals responsible for serious abuses. There are tens of telephone clairvoyance scams every day, ranging from a few hundred to several tens of thousands of euros. INAD receives dozens of requests for help every year from people who are often desperate, sometimes on the verge of suicide.
This reminder to everyone’s vigilance seems to us to be essential because the proliferation of telephone clairvoyance scams is becoming so widespread that it is becoming difficult for any consumer to distinguish fact from falsehood.
