Some firms, under the guise of telephone clairvoyance, use dubious methods which amount to nothing less than mental manipulation. Thus, certain emotionally tormented people in situations of psychological distress who regularly contact the INAD reveal that they have been victims of an abuse of vulnerability due to the supposed powers of pseudo-professionals who hide, often behind an assumed first name and, moreover, use disguised threats in the event of dispute.
These facts and actions can only be detrimental to the entire profession, which is increasingly criticized and singled out because of such practices.
We remind consumers of clairvoyance by telephone to be extra careful and especially to avoid clairvoyance services by audiotels if the professional does not give their first and last name and if the waiting time is not reasonable.
