The agreement concluded with a Clairvoyant

When an individual intends to consult a practitioner of the divinatory arts, the relationship which is established between them constitutes a real contract under the terms of which the clairvoyant undertakes to carry out certain services in return for which he receives remuneration from his “client”. The best way to avoid any subsequent difficulties is to draw up a written agreement with the clairvoyant from the start of the contractual relationship, summarizing the services that the clairvoyant must perform and the terms of his remuneration (rates, method and date of payment, etc.).
